A unique approach to training
Drawing on experience gained with hundreds of Safe Places, UMAY has developed a practical training method to better welcome, listen to and support people facing an unsafe or violent situation.
Our training is for anyone who works with the public and wants to learn the right reflexes: knowing what to say and what to avoid, adopting the right attitude, listening without judgement and pointing people to the right resources.

For professionals and schools alike, our Escape Games offer an immersive, hands-on way to raise awareness and build skills. Through realistic scenarios, participants practise the right reflexes, question their habits and become able to act in the face of violence and unsafe situations.
